Canceling an Order

  2. Access Your Orders: Go to the “My Orders” section of your account dashboard.
  3. Select Order: Find the order you wish to cancel and click on it to view the order details.
  4. Contact Us: Send us a message through our customer support channel as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Please note:
    • Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
    • After 24 Hours: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of being placed.
    • After Delivery: Orders can not be canceled once they have been delivered.

Important Notes:

  • Make sure to contact us promptly within the 24-hour window to ensure your cancellation request can be processed.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.
